Throughout her career, Nadia has demonstrated her expertise as a Scrum Master across various organizations, including Centene Corporation, Grenzebach Group, HD Supply, Emory Healthcare, and Piedmont Healthcare. Her roles have involved guiding teams through Agile methodologies, facilitating scrum ceremonies, and exhibiting servant leadership. Nadia's collaborative approach with Project Managers has resulted in the successful implementation of JIRA boards, enhancing team efficiency. Her hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Teams, coupled with her capacity management skills, has made her an invaluable asset to organizations undergoing Agile transformation.
